I personally use a Breville juicer but there are so many options out there that will accomplish the job. Juicing is a great way to eat all your fruits and vegetables and give your body the nutrients it needs. Whenever possible, buy organic to reduce the toxic load and exposure to harsh chemicals and pesticides so widely used in our food industry. In addition, always aim for at least a 3:1 (vegetable:fruit) ratio to balance the sugar content of your juices and smoothies.
